Product Description
The Canyon Strive, as the company suggests, is the ultimate enduro mountain bike and its no surprise, thanks to the Shapeshifter. With the innovative system available, you can enjoy two bikes in one at all times. With the flick of a remote you can switch your bike’s geometry from a downhill demon to a cross-country climber on the go. There is a small dial on the shock that shows a green or black colour depending on what mode you are in.
In green or XC mode, you’ll get more ride height and steeper head and seat tube angle for increased climbing efficiency. Flatter angles and a lower bottom bracket for stability when speeding up in black or DH mode. The two modes therefore have a significant difference.
As well as providing the Strive in carbon and aluminium versions, Canyon also offers two different geometry types- standard and race. With the racing geomatry, the riders mass is centralized which gives more stability when taking on high speed descents. You’ll also get instant steering response thanks to the use of shorter stems. On the other hand, you will have super control of the bike on tight and twisted trails with the standard version.
